1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GenXForm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GenXForm is an AI-powered form generation and management platform hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. The Service allows users to create, manage, publish, and share forms, with optional AI-assisted generation features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Collect personal data without proper consent from respondents
• Distribute malware, phishing forms, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use AI generation features to create harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to inject prompts to extract system instructions or other users' data
• Exceed your plan's usage limits without upgrading

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all form schemas and submission data you create. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated form schemas are provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before publishing. We implement safety measures including prompt injection detection, sensitive field filtering, and output validation, but cannot guarantee AI output is free from errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the data deletion feature or contacting support. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods. Upon termination, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
